Ways of use, terms of delivery and return

 

1. General conditions

The present general conditions define the conditions and the way of shopping online at https://andyvil.com/

 

2. Prices

The prices published in https://andyvil.com/ are in EUR and are valid for 1 item. All prices include VAT.

The cost of each item does not include shipping costs.

Andyvil®️ reserves the right to change prices at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to its users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the order.

 

3. Payment methods

Payment of the items you ordered can be done in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer - Pay Pal, Visa, V Pay, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro

* Cash on Delivery is not accepted because of the specifics of the production of the goods.

 

4. Products

All products at https://andyvil.com/ are handmade. We put a lot of effort, love and passion in the production of each product.

In case you can not find your size available, we can produce the item you want on an individual order if we have the necessary materials for it.

 5. Orders

To place an order, you need to have a registration or to register. We advise you to register, because on your profile you have the option to view old orders, to check whether your order has been sent to you, to check a bill of lading number.

To add a product to your cart, you need to specify the size that is right for you.

When you add all desired items to your shopping cart, you will see the total cost of the order with the shipping costs included.

After the payment is received by Andyvil®️, we will send you a confirmation email with the order number and an e-invoice.

All orders are processed after payment by the customer.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during public holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day after the placement.

Andyvil®️ does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or during public holidays and weekends.

 

6. Term of production and delivery

The term of production and delivery of any order made at https://andyvil.com/ is 20 working days after the order is accepted and confirmed by us.

Andyvil®️ is not responsible for any delay if it does not depend on Andyvil®️ but is caused by suppliers, courier companies, natural conditions, etc.

Andyvil®️ reserves the right not to fulfill orders received with incorrect or missing data of the buyer. These orders are canceled due to impossibility of fulfillment.

 

7. Prices and terms of delivery

The delivery of the ordered items is made at the address specified by the customer within 20 working days after the confirmation from Andyvil®️ is received.

The delivery is made by the courier company.

The shipment price is not included in the product price. It is charged in the shipping cart and is common to the entire order.

 

8. Return and replacement of goods

You may return goods purchased from us without having to provide a reason for this under the following conditions:

- Refund period: 14 days after product's reception.

  • Without having to provide a reason, if the product is not worn, damaged, cleaned, washed or ironed
  • The cash receipt and / or the invoice and the original package are saved
  • The commercial appearance of the product is preserved
  • The shipping costs of returning the goods, as well as the fees for the return of money, are borne by the customer. The customer has the right to choose the transport provider himself. Subject to the above conditions, the customer may only return the item he has purchased to the address listed below. We will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the product.
  • In case you have sent the product at the expense of Andyvil®️, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the product, less the cost of delivery.
  • When the return of a purchased item is not related to a claim but the reason is of another nature, you must contact us by email sales@andyvil.com

 

You may replace the item purchased from us within 14 days after receipt under the following conditions:

  • The product is not worn, damaged, cleaned, washed or ironed
  • Packaging and labels are preserved
  • The cash receipt and / or the invoice is saved
  • The commercial appearance of the product is preserved
  • The cost of replacing the product is at the expense of the customer

 

You have the right to make a claim in case of:

  • Production defect of the item
  • Inconsistency of the size ordered by you or advertised in the site
  • In case of a claim, the transport costs are borne by us

 

Andyvil®️ reserves the right not to satisfy the customer's request for return or replacement of the goods if they have a damaged package, a missing label or signs of use. The commercial appearance of the product must is preserved.

Items manufactured specifically for the customer - individual orders, additional production of depleted items or items with changed color, size, style correction, are not subject to return or replacement for another product.

You will receive our full assistance for the additional adjustment that is required on these items until they become suitable for you.

The cost of returning (excluding claims), returning for adjustment or replacement is at the expense of the buyer.

 

9. Order Cancellation

All the orders: of a  standart product or of a product with correction - individual orders, additional production of depleted items or items with changed color, size, style correction, can be canceled  only if the work on it has not been started.
